One canonical set of product statuses

Decision

A product moves through one canonical set of statuses:

draft → queued → processing → completed, with partial and failed for the two incomplete outcomes.

Why

Earlier specification versions used a different set (enriching, enriched, needs_review). Two parallel vocabularies in one product guarantee that the UI, the API and the reports disagree about what an unfinished card is.

What it replaces

The enriching / enriched / needs_review vocabulary in new work. needs_review is not a status in this model — it is a consequence of partial.
