What to send
Status: pilot. Draft — needs review before publishing.
Any single item is enough to start. If you send several, they are treated as evidence about the same product, not as separate products.
The inputs

Photo
- the product fills most of the frame, on a plain background;
- even light, no hard shadows or reflections;
- text on the packaging stays readable;
- if the barcode is printed on the pack, a second photo showing it helps.
Barcode
- the EAN is validated by its GS1 check digit, so a mistyped code is caught before it turns into a card;
- one barcode identifies one product: the same item in another pack size or another market has a different barcode.
Several products
Send one product per message or per line. Bulk file upload (CSV, XLSX) is not part of the pilot yet.
What we do not need
- price lists and stock levels — they are not required to build the card; they become relevant when channel feeds are exported;
- rewritten or translated texts — the card is generated from the raw data.
